YakAttack CellBlok Kayak Battery Box
This updated CellBlok version features an injection-molded construction compared to the original model. The change in material has resulted in a 25% weight reduction, and we also increased the size of the cable wraps to accommodate the larger wires used in today's fish finders. The YakAttack CellBlok is the answer to a versatile and simplistic way to add a fish finder to your kayak. This is a kayak battery box that can be easily mounted and removed from a kayak which provides you with a quick and easy way to put a fish finder on different yaks. Take it ice fishing as a depth finder, on your boat, or a second kayak! This is the best kayak battery box for fish finders that you can buy!
Key features and benefits:
- Use it as a depth finder for ice fishing or mount it on your boat for a fish finder
- Easily fits a 7.2Ah or 9Ah battery inside the compartment
- No need to drill any holes in your kayak!
- Composed of very durable composite materials with a lightweight design
- Constructed with UV Resistant High-Density Polyethylene

This is perfect for those colder months because you won't need to use a scupper hole for your transducer so you can plug them all up and stay dry! It can be combined with the YakAttack Transducer Mount to give yourself a clean way to mount everything needed for your fishfinder. To remove the battery box, just loosen the two knobs near the track and slide the box off of the existing GearTrac. Slide the box onto the new kayak's GearTrac and tighten the bolts. You can mount the battery box on either the left or right side of the kayak depending on your preferences.
Installation Instructions:
Drill the pre-marked holes to install the Ram balls to the top of the box. You may need to make a notch in the side of the box (preferably where the side touches the sliding door) to insert the power and sonar cables inside the box in order to connect them to the battery. Once the fish finder and transducer arm have been attached, simply wrap up the excess cable and zip tie the cables to hold them in place. It's that easy!
Warning: Do not make the notch too large. Water will then be able to get inside the box and it will get the battery wet.
