Q. I just purchased a listing, but I still do not see it on the site. Where is it?

A. It is most likely waiting for approval. All ads must be approved before they are listed. This helps us maintain the integrity of our site. Most ads are approved and will appear within 24 hours. In most cases it is within a few hours.

Q. You state that all ads have to be approved before they are listed, so when are you charging my credit card?

A. Your credit card will not be charged until your ad is approved. Please Note: Our credit cards are processed by York Internet Service’s Inc., and that will be reflected on your credit card statement.

Q. I am interested in a Banner ad. How do I get started?

A. Please contact us. Banner ads are a little more complicated and we like to give them the attention that they deserve.

Q. I would love to have a banner ad, but I do not have a banner!

A. Not a problem. We have graphic designers on staff that would be glad to quote you on designing your very own custom banner.

Q. I want to be listed first under my search criteria, how do I do that?

A. To ensure you will get top billing under your search criteria you will need to purchase a sponsored listing during the checkout process. Please note that if there are multiple sponsored listings, they will rotate accordingly.
