Information
A Return Authorization number issued by Fishing Online is required for all returns. Please complete this form and submit to Fishing Online via email or fax to receive a return number.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Please enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip with the return
- Return of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery will receive a full refund
- New, unused, unopened items returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee
- Products must be returned within 10 days of receiving return authorization number
- No returns on kayaks
- All garments being returned must be unlaundered, be accompanied by original tags and packaging
- No credit will be issued for final sale, clearance items, or consignment items.
- Packaged items must be returned in original packaging for proper credit
- You will be notified via email once return is received and refund/exchange is being processed.
If not followed completely, returned goods may be refused for refund and/or exchange.
