Shipping, Returns, and Order Cancellations
Fishing Online will ship all in-stock orders placed by 2:00 PM EST (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Tracking numbers are provided once the item ships. We take pride in being one of the fastest shippers in the industry. We stock over 99% of our products in house to ship everything out as soon as possible!
Orders $50+ before tax and shipping costs will ship FREE* within the US. All other orders shipping to the contiguous 48 states will be a flat rate of $4.95. All orders will have expedited shipping methods available at checkout. We have an integrated real-time shipping calculator that will determine the expedited methods' exact price based on your shipping address.

Flat Rate Mail
Flat Rate Mail is shipped via USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS. Most packages within the US arrive within 4-6 business days. Estimated delivery dates and times do not come with a money-back guarantee.
In most cases, the expected delivery date at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee. The day that your order ships does not count towards transit time; USPS considers this a processing day. The 1, 2, or 3-day transit duration starts the day after USPS receives your package. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship the same day.
Priority Mail Express
Domestic Priority Mail Express is an expedited service for shipping any mailable matter, with a money-back guarantee. Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM to receive next-day delivery. The scheduled delivery date depends on origin, destination, and drop-off time. Most packages will be delivered by 3:00 PM on the next delivery day. If delivery is not successful, the addressee will be notified by the USPS. If your package fails to deliver on time due to your absence, the Priority Mail Express money-back guarantee will be revoked.
Kayak Freight Shipping
Kayaks will ship in the contiguous US on a flat rate basis. All kayaks are transported via freight and will be delivered directly to your shipping address. Transit times range from 1-14 business days, depending upon your location. You will receive your shipment information via email from Fishing Online once your kayak has shipped. The freight company will then contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.You must be present during delivery. Your kayak(s) must be inspected at the time of delivery and in the presence of the delivery driver.If transit damage is found, it must be noted on the freight company's BOL. All potential damage compensation is forfeited from both Fishing Online and the freight company if the damage is not properly documented or found after the time of delivery.

You can cancel any order prior to the order shipping. To cancel an order, please email us at email@example.com. All canceled orders will be assessed a 2.5% cancellation fee before a refund is issued. If you need to cancel an order after the order has shipped, it will be treated as a return. In that case, please refer to our Return Policies and Procedures listed below.

You have thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The return of most new, unopened, and unused items will receive a full refund. Packaged items must be returned in the original packaging for proper credit. Garments, including life jackets and survival gear, being returned must be in a perfect, returnable state. A returnable state includes that the item smells clean (not smelly of cigarette smoke or something else), the material is clean (no dirt stains, hair, deodorant marks, etc.), unlaundered, all tags are attached (or with) the item, includes manufacture's packaging (if applicable), no cuts, tears, etc. type issues with the item. If you return a non-returnable state item will we will contact you via email with your options. If a return is authorized after thirty (30) calendar days for new, unused, and unopened items, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your credit.
Returns are shipped prepaid by the customer. Fishing Online will pay return shipping costs if the return is due to an incorrect shipment or other errors caused by Fishing Online.
Before shipping out your return, you must complete a Return Authorization Form within thirty (30) calendar days of the date you received your item(s). You will be contacted within two (2) business days with a Return Authorization number and your return instructions. Returns received without a Return Authorization number may be refused for return and shipped back to you at your expense. Products must be returned within ten (10) business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.
Once we receive your authorized return item(s), we will inspect the item(s) and notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
You have thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for an exchange. The return of most new, unopened, and unused items will be authorized for an exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping costs to exchange any item(s). No exchanges will be accepted after thirty (30) calendar days from when you received your item(s). Packaged items must be returned in the original packaging for proper exchange. Garments, including life jackets and survival gear, being returned must be unlaundered and accompanied by original tags and packaging.
You must follow and complete the return process (see above) before returning any item(s) for exchange. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them and notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and provide you a new tracking number for the exchange.
Once we receive your authorized return, we will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If you paid with a credit card, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you received FREE shipping on your $50+ order and return only a portion of your order that lowers your order total under the $50 threshold, your order will be subject to the standard $4.95 shipping fee. Your return will be processed for your partial returned order less $4.95 standard shipping, plus any restocking fees that may be applicable outside of the (30) day return window.
Return and Exchange Exceptions
No credit will be issued for any final sale, clearance, or consignment item(s). No returns on kayaks.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchased item(s) or item(s) has a manufacturer defect, you must complete a Return Authorization Form within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you received your item. These situations will be examined on a case-by-case basis, and further action will be determined by the manufacturer's guarantee and policies regarding exchanges or refunds.
*Kayaks and some electronics and kayak motors are not available for
Free Shipping. Free shipping is applied after all coupons/discounts and before tax and shipping fees are calculated.
