NRS Oar Tethers

The NRS Oar Tethers allow you to keep your oars close and avoid any unexpected disasters. Losing your oar while you are on the water can be a major safety concern. Utilizing this tether allows you to keep the oar tethered to your boat in the event that it would pop off of the oarlock or pin. One end of the tether has a stainless steel ring and the other end has a webbing loop. Loop one end around the frame or oar mount, and loop the other around your oar shaft by detaching the blade from the oar and sliding the shaft through. This tether comes equipped with an NRS cam buckle joining the two ends. The cam buckle allows you to adjust the length of the tether and easily remove the oar. This is sold as a pair, so you will have both oars covered. Make sure you have this before your next water adventure!
