Compared to a hawg trough, it is wider and thicker, making it easier to keep a fish tail on the board and more difficult to break/crack. Like it so far.

Great for panfish. This board is just what I was looking for. I was looking for something to measure pan fish like bluegill and Crappie. And it's long enough for an occasional keeper size bass. It is sturdy and not too long that I can't carry it with me when I am not in my boat. The lines and numbers are recessed and marked with black ink so they easy to read. So, they won't get scratched off over time. The yellow color of the boards makes it easy to spot laying on the gray carpet of my boat. The plastic material makes it ready to wash off the fish slime after a day's use. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a board that is easy to use and are how long your fish catches are.

Great board. If you make it float it would be 10 times better. Of course, the more boards that take the deep six, the more boards you sell. I used the first one twice before it took a dive. This makes my 2nd board. Hopefully, the last.

Yellow fish measuring board I needed this brand of fish scales, because I plan on trying my hand in tournament fishing here in Oklahoma. So I seen this board and it said it was a blem,( blemish). When I received the board I looked all over it and I finally found the blem. It was the 1/2” mark between the 16 and 17” mark . Very small and hard to see. Bought it and haven’t been able to use it yet, but watch out next week. Otherwise, the board is perfect. Thanks for the bargain and fast shipping! TLC in Oklahoma

Awesome Measuring Board! This is a great alternative to their original boards. This board is not only less expensive, but a lot lighter as well. The numbers and lines are already colored in permanently. This board is a definite upgrade to the traditional boards.

Nice upgrade from the “other” bump board Very heavy duty for a plastic board. Much more rugged than the Hawg Trough. Fairly light and fits on the kayak just fine.

Great product that solves problems for kayak anglers This is a solid upgrade from the Hawg Trough. While a little more expensive, I can already tell it will last much longer and allow me to be less careful with it. It's great to have an extra HT around just in case but if you're measuring fish for events I think you'll be happy with this product.
